Inside Sales and Customer Service – 1287 Matheson Blvd East, Mississauga
Job description:
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Sales order entry.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Outbound calling – sales calls, promotional offer calls.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, and/or issues to your manager.
- Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and support overall company revenue goals and strategies.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Collect payment information.
- Cooperate with Franchise Owners / Technicians in regards to scheduling, customer complaints, payment collection, marketing and promotional campaigns, work orders and parts ordering.
- Sell dental supplies and equipment to all potential and existing customers.
- Assist sales representatives with product selections and quotations.
- Follow up on sales leads, talk with customers to assess their needs, and recommend products that can meet those needs.
- Assist with marketing activities.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as required.
